Exterior View The transit-oriented residential project will be located in the heart of Cambridge’s Central Square.  The building will be a mix of studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom units, along with ground-floor retail.  The building will be six stories high, with underground parking, and totals 114,000 square feet of gross floor area on a lot size of 35,000 square feet. 121-127 Portland Street Condominiums

The six-story Forecaster Building, a vacant building in the Bulfinch Triangle at 121-127 Portland St., will undergo a $20 million renovation and conversion that will include condominiums and retail space.  
121-127 Portland Street Exterior View Existing Building Renovations and additions will add four stories to the building for a total of ten.  After renovation and addition, the historic 109,033 sf property will house eighty residential units, including one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums. Two ground floor retail spaces totaling 3,719 square feet will create street-level activity and vitality for the neighborhood. 

The newly renovated building will have 127,000 sf of residential, retail and garage space. The additional stories will add twenty-nine new residential units. Thirty-two parking spaces for residents will be contained within the first floor and will utilize mechanical stacking systems. Additionally, the renovation will provide space for electrical charging stations to encourage the use of alternatively fueled vehicles. The development team includes Cathartes/AEW Portland Street IV, LLC and the Pizzuti Development Team.


Oasis at Dodge Park, Worcester, Massachusetts

Oasis Ground Breaking October 2014The new single story building will have 36,000 SqFt for a Nursing Home. It will have a main lobby, corridors, a fire command room, electrical room, some storage areas, some janitor closets, a trash recycle room and commercial type kitchen. There will be 32 resident room and two staff areas with attendant station, offices, support spaces and clean and soiled utility rooms.






University of New England College of Dentistry

UNE College of Dentistry Opening building view

This project includes a new 60,000 SqFt educational building located on the campus of the university of New England. E.D.E. is pleased to have assisted in the design of this new project which houses the Universities dentistry school. The project scope included a complete MEP/FP design and fit up of over 80 dentistry chairs.
