This project includes a new 60,000 SqFt educational building located on the campus of the university of New England. E.D.E. is pleased to assist in the design of this new project which will house the Universities dentistry school. The project scope will include a complete MEP/FP design and fit up of over 80 dentistry chairs
Grafton Selectman’s meeting room

This existing 2,000 SqFt area will require a full ME/FP design. This will be the first renovations to this space in over 40 years.
Salem Rehabilitation Hospital

Status: Design kick off Winter 2009
This existing 80,000 square foot facility will be renovated in its entirety. This facility will provide both inpatient and outpatient medical services. The project scope will include a complete new MEP/FP mechanical infrastructure upgrade as well as a complete renovation to the existing facility program.
Portsmouth Rehabilitation Hospital

Status: Currently in MEP/FP Design
This new 46,000 square foot 33 bed inpatient facility will be constructed at the Pease Air Force Base Facility. This new facility will provide both inpatient and outpatient facilities for Neuro-Behavioral Patients. Services include occupational and physical rehabilitaion. The facility will include dining, laundry and kitchen facilities, as well as hydro-therapy services.
Peter Sanborn Place

Project: Proposed renovation and addition of current assisted living facility
Architect: JMA Architects, Inc.
Status: Completing MEP Design
This project includes a new 100,000 square foot addition and renovation. The current 72 dwelling unit will be increased to 121 units. Renovations of the project will include update Dining/Kitchen, Healthclub Facility as well as Conference Center.
