The new single story building will have 36,000 SqFt for a Nursing Home. It will have a main lobby, corridors, a fire command room, electrical room, some storage areas, some janitor closets, a trash recycle room and commercial type kitchen. There will be 32 resident room and two staff areas with attendant station, offices, support spaces and clean and soiled utility rooms.
